Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available here — a great option for any quilter or sewist in your life.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not at this time — we currently ship within Canada only.
How much does shipping cost?
We use Canada Post flat-rate shipping for $25.00 CAD on orders shipped within Canada. Orders over $200 CAD ship free.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 3 business days to process your order. You'll get an email as soon as it ships — or as soon as it's ready, if you chose local pickup.
Local Pickup
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! Choose local pickup at checkout. Orders are ready Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–4pm, at 1124 Northwest Blvd, Creston, BC. We'll email you the moment it's ready.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn/unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Can I return cut fabric?
Cut fabric can't be returned, since it can't be resold once it's been cut. Unopened notions and tools are eligible for return.
Are sale items or gift cards returnable?
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned.
How do I start a return?
Email lori@sewpeachy.com with your order details. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send it.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, reach out and we'll look into it.
Fabric & Cutting
How is fabric cut and measured?
Fabric is cut by the meter unless the listing says otherwise (e.g., 1/4 meter cuts, fat quarters, panels). If you order multiple meters of the same fabric, you'll receive one continuous cut — for example, ordering 2 meters gets you a single 2-meter piece, not two separate 1-meter pieces.
A fabric I want is sold out — will it come back?
It depends on the supplier. Many prints are limited runs and won't be restocked once they sell out, but most of our basics and blender fabrics are reorderable, so those are likely to come back in stock. If there's a specific print you're after, feel free to contact us and we can check on availability.
Classes
How do I book a class?

What should I bring / what's included?
Each class listing includes its own supply list, so check the specific class you've booked. Some classes also offer an optional kit you can add when booking, if you'd rather not gather the supplies yourself.
Longarm Quilting Services
Do you offer longarm quilting?
Yes — see our Longarm Quilting page for details.
How do I submit a quilt for longarm quilting?
Simply drop your quilt top off at the store. Typical turnaround time is around 6 weeks. Pricing is 3¢ per square inch for quilting; batting and backing are available for an additional cost if you need them.
Machine Repairs
Do you repair sewing machines?
Yes, we offer in-store sewing machine maintenance. Typical turnaround time is about 3 weeks. Maintenance is a flat rate of $75.
